When you submit the contact form on this site we collect the name, email address, project type, budget range and message you enter. We do not ask for anything else, and none of these fields are pre-filled from other sources.

Our servers also record standard technical data with each request, including your IP address. We use it only to rate-limit the contact form and block automated submissions.

To reply to your enquiry and discuss a possible project. That is the only purpose.

We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or add you to a marketing list. If we ever want to email you about anything other than your enquiry, we will ask first.

Enquiries are kept for as long as we may reasonably need them for an ongoing or prospective working relationship. You can ask us to delete yours at any time and we will do so.

Your enquiry is stored in our database, hosted by Neon, and the site is served by Vercel. Both process data on our behalf under their own terms. If we have notifications enabled, a copy of your enquiry may also be delivered to our own email or messaging channel.

Beyond those service providers, nobody outside Akowa sees your enquiry.

This site sets a session cookie only for administrators signing in to the content management area. Ordinary visitors are not tracked, and we do not run third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

You can ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will action the request.
